UH, GRADUATED FROM SHAWNEE IN 1994.

WENT TO COLLEGE IN VIRGINIA, MOVED BACK TO SOUTH JERSEY, GOT MARRIED AND THEN MOVED BACK TO MEDFORD TO RAISE MY FAMILY.

I CURRENTLY RESIDE AT NINE STRATFORD CIRCLE ROAD IN HEADWATER.

I HAVE FOUR CHILDREN AND WE LIVED AT THAT PROPERTY FOR APPROXIMATELY 14 YEARS.

UH, MY CHILDREN ARE THE AGES BETWEEN 10 AND 16.

UH, MY TWINS ARE GRADUATING MEMORIAL TONIGHT, SO AFTER THIS SESSION I'M BUNCH ONE OVER THERE TO PARTICIPATE IN THAT CEREMONY, BUT THEY ASSURED ME THIS WAS FAR MORE IMPORTANT, UH, THAN THEIR, THEIR GRADUATION .

UH, NONETHELESS, WE ARE REQUESTING, UH, A VARIANCE, UH, TO PUT AN INGROUND POOL.

UM, AS YOU CAN SEE, WE ARE REQUESTING BOTH A REAR SETBACK AND SIDE YARD SETBACK VARIANCES AS WELL AS A VOTING LOCK COVERAGE VARIANCE.

UM, OUR PROPERTY IS SOMEWHAT UNIQUE.

IT'S A NON-CONFORMING LOT AS YOU SEE, UH, SO IT'S A LITTLE LESS THAN AN ACRE.

UH, WE DO HAVE A SEPTIC, UH, AS WELL AS A WELL AND, UH, THAT DOES CREATE A LITTLE BIT OF LIMITATION ABOUT THE LOCATION OF, OF THE POOL AS YOU CAN IMAGINE.

UM, IN ADDITION, THE PROPERTY IS SOMEWHAT OF AN INVERTED PIE SHAPE, SO IT'S VERY WIDE AND IN FRONT OF OUR PROPERTY, WHICH IS GREAT, BUT AS WE WORK BACK TO THE PROPERTY, IT DOES GET MORE NARROW TOWARDS THE BACK END, UM, NEEDING TO ENSURE THAT WE STAY CLEAR OF THE SEPTIC, UH, DUE TO, FROM THE VARIOUS REGULATIONS SET BY THE COUNTY.

UM, WE DO HAVE TO LOOK AT THE REAR PART OF OUR PROPERTY TO PUT THAT POOL.

UM, AND AS, AS A RESULT, WE ARE REQUESTING THE VARIANCES, UH, ON THE REAR END SIDE AS WELL AS THE BUILDING LOCK COVERAGE.

UH, WE PLAN ON PUTTING MORE THAN THAT, UH, BECAUSE AGAIN, SINCE WE WILL HAVE, UM, YOU KNOW, THE BACK OF PROPERTY EXPOSED, WE WANNA MAKE SURE THAT THOSE TREES ARE THERE TO CREATE THE RIGHT, YOU KNOW, BUFFER AND FENCING BETWEEN OUR PROPERTY AND THE, AND THE PROPERTY BEHIND US.
