IN ADDITION TO REPLACING THE DOOR, WINDOW AND TRIM, WE'D LIKE TO ADD THE PORTICO THAT'LL GIVE US ADDITIONAL PROTECTION AT THE ENTRY POINT, UH, PREVENT FURTHER WEATHER DAMAGE IN THE FUTURE.
