Route 70 Corridor Presentation
Township Council requested that the Planning Board study the Route 70 Highway Corridor Zoning Districts to analyze existing zoning and land development regulations in order to create a more business-friendly environment for the
encouragement of development to strengthen the Township’s tax ratable base without negatively impacting traffic or the character of the community. The Board has undertaken a re-examination of the Township Master Plan and Zoning with a focus on the Route 70 Corridor and will hold a public hearing on a draft
Report of that Re-examination.
